Back On Track® USA is Now the Therapeutic Product Choice of the IHSA

The leadership of the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA) announced that Back on Track®, makers of therapeutic products for people, pets and horses has penned a three-year agreement to sponsor the intercollegiate equestrian organization. Back on Track®, has been named “The Therapeutic Product Choice of the IHSA.” In addition, Back on Track® will hold title sponsorship of the coveted IHSA Western High-Point Rider Division.

“From the very beginning of my professional career, I’ve felt that the IHSA mission and the framework created by founder Robert Cacchione, having withstood the ‘test of time,’ is such an important foundation of the equestrian industry,” said Back on Track® Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, James Ruder. “The dozens of industry leading professionals, Olympic caliber riders, professional trainers, grooms and industry support staff generated in part by the IHSA and IHSA Membership Schools is nothing short of astounding. This innovation and vision also exemplify the Back on Track® brand and we could not be more excited and committed to this partnership.”

Based in Uppsala, Sweden with subsidiaries across the globe, the Back on Track® culture emphasizes education and excellence in all endeavors. In keeping with that principle, Back on Track® is named the presenting sponsor of the Teresa L. McDonald Horsemanship Challenge, a free online test covering non-discipline-specific, general horsemanship topics open to all IHSA undergraduate members. The top-scoring finalists attend the IHSA National Championship Horse Show for an in-person practicum.

Back on Track® will also provide, in concert with the IHSA, educational content tailored to the collegiate equestrian audience. Topics covering horsemanship, life-skills, and financial literacy for the equestrian including life-work-career decision-making will further enhance the value proposition of the IHSA member student.

You can find the popular Back on Track® therapeutic products in the barns and homes of top equestrians world-wide. Back on Track® creates therapeutic products that help people, pets and horses achieve a more active and comfortable life by combining modern textile technology and traditional Chinese medicine supported by scientific research.

Back on Track® joint and muscle support products are made of functional textiles with reflective properties and their braces are given medical-device exemption status by the FDA. The Welltex® technology infused into the fibers of all Back on Track® products reflects body energy as a far infrared wave, a form of energy that has a documented history of producing a well-being effect. Manufacturing takes place in Back on Track® factories around the world and each batch is scrutinized by an independent university laboratory, ensuring consistency in quality and efficacy.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Back on Track® USA to IHSA,” said IHSA Executive Director Peter Cashman. “I am a customer and believe in the quality of these products. We are excited to spread the word to our members and programs about the value and benefits of the brand.
