UK Launches Survey About Owner Experiences with Equine Veterinary Services

Researchers in the University of Kentucky’s Department of Agricultural Economics are launching a survey to learn more about horse owners’ current experiences with equine veterinary services along with how horse owners might react to changes in the equine veterinary profession. The results will be shared with key stakeholders in the equine veterinary profession and could potentially influence strategies to address the prevailing shortage of equine veterinarians. The researchers anticipate that participation in this study will take about 10-15 minutes. The survey will close on Sept. 11.
