More than $3 million to date raised for charities at BreyerFest
This Saturday, incredibly-detailed test run Breyer models come out from the vaults and go up for bid at BreyerFest’s annual Live Auction, happening Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 5:00 pm in the HALL OF CHAMPIONS at Kentucky Horse Park’s Visitor Information Center. You can preview the model auction lots going up for auction in advance on Friday, July 14 and Saturday, from 9 am – 3:30 pm. at the Visitor Center. Yes, the same Visitor Center where BreyerFest’s not-to-miss free seminars and select EQUUS film screenings are happening!
Devoted to giving back to the horses, animals, and fans it celebrates, BreyerFest has raised more than $3,000,000 in cash, to date, to benefit wide-ranging non-profits that support equine and animal welfare. These include children’s charities, therapeutic riding, environmental protection, and stewardship causes. This year’s BreyerFest 2023 beneficiaries include PATH International, ASPCA, 4H Eastern and Western Round-Ups, The Humane Society of the United States, The Cloud Foundation, Lexington Humane Society, Maker’s Mark Secretariat Center and Old Friends, among many more.
Last year, Breyer’s 2022 Benefit Live Auction set a new record for a single model sale when a test run Pegasus model sold for $65,000! The exquisite models going up for auction this year will be singular additions to any collection.

- Register to bid in the auction at Bidspirit before the action
- You must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- To place a bid, raise your card to be acknowledged by the auctioneer.
- You must be prepared to immediately pay for your model. Sales are made by credit card only; PayPal and cash are not accepted. Live auction sales are subject to Kentucky sales tax.
If Breyer’s Benefit Silent Auction is more your thing, view the lots and place your bid at Breyer’s Booth on the concourse in the Covered Arena on Friday and Saturday 9:30 am-5:00 pm and Sunday, 9:00 am – Noon. At this time, bidding will transition to a verbal format to determine the final winner. You must be present to win. Bids are legally binding. You are obligated to purchase the item should you win and must promptly pay when winners are announced. Kentucky state sales tax applies. Credit cards only are accepted.
