Kathleen Burke has worked in the horse industry in many capacities. Formerly she partnered with her husband in their ranching and veterinary practice in Montana. While there, she was also the EMS Director for their County and taught with the Montana Rural Trauma Training program.  She later moved to Colorado where she worked as the Coordinator of Large Animal Admissions in the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital. For the past 24 years, she has designed and sold custom barns in the Mountain Region. These range from backyard, private barns to Fairground facilities. Jill Montgomery is familiar to Certified Horsemanship Association members as a frequent presenter at CHA Conferences, and a Certifier for the Equine Facility Management Certification. She has held many roles in this organization and other groups in the Horse Industry. She owns an equine business consulting firm called JRAM Enterprises that takes on work to help keep equine activities accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
