Over the past year, Nashville-based Thompson and her producer / songwriter partner, Sam Gay have ridden a wave of success on Australian Country Radio with 12 singles, including 10 #1s. The couple recently inked a sub-publishing agreement with ORiGiN Music Publishing in Sydney, Australia for their Connected at the Hit Songs and BoatPony Music catalogs.
In addition to their hits in Australia, Thompson’s and Gay’s songs have been recorded by the likes of Reba McEntire, Little Texas, Montgomery Gentry, Ricky Van Shelton, and Jo Dee Messina, among others.
