Back on Track® Announces Renewed US Presence

Back on Track AB, with global headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden, completed a restructuring in the later part of 2021. As part of the reorganization effort, Dr. Erland Beselin, Back on Track founder and president, appointed James S. Ruder as Managing Director-USA. The new US corporate entity is now Back on Track BOT LLC, with primary warehouse and office operations located in Pottstown, PA.

Dr. Beselin said, “Jim Ruder has a long history in the US equine and other industries, specializing in marketing, sales, distribution and business development strategies. His experience and knowledge are crucial to the evolution and success of the restructured Back on Track USA business.”

Ruder said, “The Back on Track brand has a loyal following globally as well as here in the US. We have apologized and continue to do so to our customers for a lack of communication, inventory availability, and new product offerings during this time. The circumstances that led to this situation have improved, however we still face many challenges as we move through calendar year 2022,” Ruder continued. “Our goal is to be fully ‘back on track’ by the end of this year, and we are excited about providing our customers with the Back on Track products they love as well as many exciting new products for horses, dogs, and humans over the coming months.”

Back on Track’s commitment to its customers is stronger than ever. The “new” Back on Track team of industry experts is dedicated to ensuring that customers have a seamless, stress-free experience with the company. Ruder said, “We are completely focused on rebuilding our customers’ trust in us and providing the highest level of service we possibly can.”

About Back on Track
Back on Track creates ‘functional products’ that help people, horses, and dogs by combining modern textile technology and traditional Chinese medicine. This effect is achieved through Back on Track’s proven therapeutic Welltex® technology, which reflects the body’s energy back to itself using long infrared waves resulting in an increase in circulation. The increase in circulation helps minimize discomfort and inflammation while keeping muscles loose and relaxed. To learn more about Back on Track please visit our website: www.backontrackusa.com.
