In line with Barrel Racing Magazine’s desire to educate and enlighten, “The Money Barrel” will now make their popular podcast available to readers via BarrelRacingMagazine.com.
As part of Barrel Racing Magazine’s mission to be the leading resource for barrel racers, the online magazine has joined forces with popular podcasters Kayla and Kreg Jones of “The Money Barrel.” Training insights, inspiring horse and rider profiles, event coverage, tack tips, and industry views are all topics that listeners can expect to enjoy, along with special daily bonus coverage from the upcoming National Finals Rodeo, Dec. 2-11, and other major events like the Colorado Classic Futurity in June.
“The Money Barrel,” which initially aired in the summer of 2020, is now well into its second season and is available every other Wednesday. Like the team at Barrel Racing Magazine, “The Money Barrel,” hosts Kayla and Kreg Jones, share a passion for telling authentic stories of local legends, million-dollar riders, and everyone who makes the barrel racing industry work, from breeders and owners to trainers and jockeys.
“We are really excited to work with the team at Barrel Racing Magazine to continue promoting the real behind the scenes stories of those in our industry,” said podcast host Kayla Jones. “We are very thankful for the continued support of our listeners and subscribers—that support has kept us following the podcast path and now we will be able to bring even better content to everyone across all media platforms.”
“Aligning with ‘The Money Barrel’ and Kayla and Kreg Jones is a natural fit for Barrel Racing Magazine,” said Bonnie Wheatley, content director for Barrel Racing Magazine and BarrelRacing.com. “This partnership gives us a chance to share a wonderful podcast platform with our audience and work with people who are equally as passionate about the barrel racing industry as we are.”
Don’t miss “The Money Barrel” featuring Wrangler National Finals Rodeo qualifier and 2019 NFR Average Champion Jessica Routier, which airs Wednesday, Dec. 1, and will kick off 10 days of daily podcast interviews with round winners and more from the WNFR in Las Vegas, Nev.
