Jim Arrigon, Equestrian Talent Search Founder and Director Joins Host Sally Batton on the Athletic Equestrian Riding in College Podcast

Jim Arrigon is the Director of the Equestrian Talent Search (ETS) which allow young athletes to be taught, evaluated and recruited by college coaches in intensive weekend instructional and competition clinics since 2005.  Equestrian Talent Search is a clearing house for young riders and their parents to get reliable information to help them understand exactly what college equestrian is about, how to become involved, and how to find a program that is a good fit.

 Jim also discusses how his Tournament of Champions (TOC) started in the early 1990’s and which takes the best teams in the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA) and top individual Medal riders and puts them together in competitions held up and down the East Coast and Midwest.

 The Athletic Equestrian League is an organization of equestrian athletes who compete in individual competition offered in both English and Western disciplines.  The AEL includes a Minis development division for 1st-3rd grades and competition for 4th-12th graders, Collegiate riders and adults.
